Incoming ingredients verified against food safety specifications. Supplier qualification and ingredient traceability established before production begins.

Formula & Process Control

Production follows approved formulas with strict controls on flavor, color, weight, and process parameters under ISO22000 and HACCP protocols.

In-Process Inspection

Continuous quality checks during production. Appearance, texture, weight, and packaging consistency monitored at defined control points throughout each batch.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final batch inspection before release. Random sampling against specifications. Third-party inspection (SGS) available upon buyer request.

Full compliance documentation package issued: COA, batch records, health certificates, and customs documents prepared for buyer verification.

Outgoing Inspection Flow

Before any shipment leaves our facility, every batch passes through a structured multi-checkpoint inspection protocol designed to eliminate non-conformities and protect buyer reputation.

Step 1

Batch Sampling

Representative samples drawn from each production batch per AQL sampling plan. Sample size determined by order volume and product type.

Step 2

Weight & Dimension Check

Net weight, piece count, and dimensional tolerances verified against approved product specifications and customer purchase order requirements.

Step 3

Sensory Evaluation

Flavor, aroma, color, texture, and appearance assessed against approved pilot/sample benchmarks. Any deviation triggers batch review.

Step 4

Packaging Integrity

Seal quality, label accuracy, barcode scannability, and carton marking verified. Inner/outer packaging checked for transport readiness.

Step 5

Shelf Life Verification

Production date, best-before date, and remaining shelf life confirmed against buyer requirements and destination market regulations.

Step 6

Release & Documentation

Batch approved for shipment. COA, packing list, and compliance certificates issued. All records archived for traceability and buyer audit support.
