OEM/ODM & Private Label: For custom manufacturing engagements, buyers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, branding, labeling, and product claims provided to Suifa comply with applicable laws in their distribution markets. Suifa manufactures to buyer specifications and is not liable for compliance issues arising from buyer-supplied content.

Formulations

For OEM/ODM and private label projects, intellectual property ownership of buyer-supplied artwork, branding, and formulations remains with the respective buyer. Suifa retains ownership of proprietary manufacturing processes, base formulations, and production know-how used in fulfilling orders.

Dispute Resolution
